We (Grant and I) traveled to Ohio/Pennsylvania just before the 4th of July. Our road trip does not rival the excitement and anguish experienced by Nancy Sabina, of course, but I will nonetheless share pics from the families we visited and the things we did. First was a ride to the Olive Gardens with Reed (who has his learner's permit) driving us. He is, by the way, an excellent driver and his Mom is a very good coach! We had a long wait outside the restaurant where Roc learned to shimmy a pole, first with Reed's help and then by himself. You will see the sheer delight on his face as he mastered this fete. Notice the happiness showing on the faces of all family members! (Well, I missed getting one of Reed with that gorgeous smile-but believe me, he has a handsome one.). It was a great evening.
